Can you save during a mission? I have day one edition.

The absence of lore allows me to have more fun with the race. I can create my own lore for them by designing them as Oracles of Theros and Champions of Storms.

I've been planning to have a Dark Lord as the BBEG for my campaign. He already has warlocks harassing my party. The inspirational quote for him is "You either die a hero, or live long enough to become the villain." This video has helped me start fleshing out the character, his domain and set the stage for a prequel oneshot for my party. For this to serve as an ominous warning to what they will face in the future.

I really wish you had shown a close-up of both dragons, the stack, and a human-sized mini for scale It would be a rare opportunity to compare the dragons. I'm always wishing for that in your videos. It's my jam, so to speak.

Thanks! for the great review Fry! My party is visiting the Fey Wilde in the Future and might buy and use this one! probably i'll give it a wash and a drybrush on the body. and tip the nails on the wing black. I do agree that 100 buck is a bit too much for these kind of dragons.

I’m not sure how I feel about exclusive minis overall it’s like exclusive dice. I have some and I didn’t go to the con. Thanks for the review I didn’t know about things like that before your video

I have always held to the theory that if you sell them online during the event exclusives are fine. I do not like the premium it puts on after-market sales, especially with Wizkids products which have far outpaced worth to cost for me

Event exclusive minis are nothing new and are fine in my opinion. It a way the organisers can say thank you for attending.

I LOVE leshies. I play a gourd leshy gun slinger. But dear gods what are those paint jobs? Don't get me wrong, I don't expect masterpiece painted miniatures... I do expect them to be painted inside the lines and some of the bubbling in the crevices is atrocious. Some of the paint looks like it wasn't even dry before they were put in the box (most noticeable on the mushroom leshy). Maybe they look better off camera, but on camera when compared to the artwork they supplied it looks like a really bad knockoff... They're kind of disappointing :(

100% agree the sculpt details are outstanding and then again Wizkids continues it's unfortunate trend of disappointing paint. 2 colors and call it a day is not a good trend especially as they continue to raise prices.

I love the scales, but the colors could have been way cooler based on the price and size.

I NEED that Froghemoth in my life. I need it so bad.

I am making a caster and Bladeward might save my butt in a situation where I'm being targeted by a bunch of attacks. Especially for those concentration checks. Most situations Disengage or Dodge action is better, but I''ll take this over those because its now a BA.

I use it when I can either do one attack on one enemy or hit multiple around me. I like to weaken the enemies until my heavy hitters and focus on them.

I'm not usually a fan of Tortles. But that one is pretty sick.
